Jerry Lee Berg, 76, of Azle, our beloved husband and father, passed away on Sept. 27, 2020 shortly after his 76th birthday. He loved Jesus and is singing and playing guitar in heaven.

He held various other jobs like auto mechanic, skating rink supervisor, ambulance driver/paramedic, and parts buyer.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Russell Berg and stepfather, John Hill.
